When should we BD? I have PCOS and DH has low sperm

I should o on Friday of this week. Some people are saying to BD every other day and others are saying to BD every day. What should we do?

I have mild PCOS but have ovulated and had AF for the past 4 months unmedicated.
DH has borderline low sperm. 20million.

Should we abstain now until Thursday?
I think we should BD Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday (am).
Is this too much?

I think the recommendation for low sperm count is BD every other day. Good Luck!

I'm being told every other day as too often will reduce the sperm count. I'd wait until Thursday as I think the sperm can live for at least 48 hours...

BD every other day. If you BD everyday, you'll reduce the quality of the sperm and it'll be a lower count.

However, don't abstain for too long, that's not good either. So, BD on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Monday. Cover all your bases. I agree that this is a good schedule.
