When to start using an OV Kit??

My name is Val. Ive been TTC for baby #1 for 3 going on 4 months. Healthy 24 year old with very regular 25 day cycles where i can actually feel the 3-4 days i am ovulating. When should i start using an Ov Kit to help predict peak fertility? should i be tracking my BBT does that help??

as soon as your af ends you can start doing it since your cycles are short,. BBT helps to know once you have ovulated - and just to confirm that OV did and when it occured. It doesn't predict ovulation. Baby Dust!! Good Luck to you!!
