Hi my twins are 10 months and on 3 bottles per day, when can you give up formula / bottles?

My daughter self-weaned off bottles by 12 months (dropped them one at a time), and I just switched to giving her regular milk in non-spill cups. :flower:

Formula should be given till their 1 and then I would look to wean into full fat cows milk, you can replace the bottles with cups before 1 if it works for the twins

I agree with PP, one year is the key. They make formula for kids over one year but I hear that they are no better than giving them milk.

I'd check with their pediatrician - their growth and how they're doing play a big factor in when they're ready to switch
