When to stop sterilising dummies

i just rinse them under hot water. I used to sterlise them everyday but then i thought that he is grabbing everything and putting it in his mouth at the moment anyway and i cant sterlise everything.

I steralise them maybe once a week and if they fall on the floor I just rinse them under the tap xx
