When?

Hi all,

I am really new to TTC and I'm so confused! I'm reading all your threads and trying to figure out the abbreviations and what everything means and I'm lost.

I have a period tracker app I've been using on my phone for a while...I haven't used it before to track ovulation, just to make sure my period wasn't late, etc...

It says I'm "fertile" right now and I'm supposed to ovulate on Friday. I am on day 10 of my cycle.

When should an opk be positive? Will it just be right before I ovulate? The day of? I'm lost.

If anyone can point me to a "TTC for dummies" I would love it! THANK YOU!

You should ovulate 24-28 hrs after a positive opk. I usually start my opk's cd10, just make sure that you test in the afternoon and not with first morning urine.
