I have no idea when starting treatment, i assume once they get these forms back you hear from them when they want you in to start treatment, no idea how the system works so no idea if there try IUI or wot first, have to just see what happens!

Hi Baybeehopes,
Well it sounds different for everyone. We are self funding due to my OH having children already.We had all the tests done with our doctor before we were sent to see a FS. Our 1st appointment, we had to fill a few forms out such as our backgrounds, the welfare of the child etc. We just went through what we already knew with the FS (my OH had the the snip and now has poor motility), she asked us to attend an open evening, my OH to do another SA and for me to do another blood test.
Then we had a follow up appointment just to go through the results and then had to wait for a nurse consultaion. So this is the stage we are at now. With the nurse we sign all consent forms and arrange a base line scan. I think for us, this is when we pay.
