I thought I was decided on Ashlee, I even got personalised dummy clips with it on  but when ever some one asked me if I had thought of a name I would say no not yet!! Even though there was nothing else I liked and I had always loved the name Ashlee, I just didnt want to say it was a definate.

But MIL was asking about middle names and she said she liked flower names like Rose and Daisy. Since then I keep thinking of Daisy and its really growing on me! I never used to like it as it reminded me of the girl out of s club juniors called Daisy :haha: Im just not sure whether the name will grow with her if you know what I mean I can imagine a Ashlee from a baby, toddler, teen to a adult but I just cant with Daisy think its bit too cutesy

And Tabitha is a bit of a guilty pleasure dont think there is any chance OH will let me have it not even told him yet! I know people say it will get shortened to Tabby - like a Tabby cat but I do actually like Tabby as a nickname!! I think its quite differnt and cute but will also grow with her through to a adult. My auntie said reminded her of a witch but I just think cat lol wasnt there a cat called Tabitha in the beatrix potter stories??

Which one do you like the best? And what do you think on the others?

I really love Daisy :cloud9:
I like Ashlee too, but I used to have a cat called Tabitha  original I know!

I dont like Ashlee sorry, it seems to punky to me and wouldnt really suit a doctor for example

I have to say out of the three Ashlee is the best :) Tabitha reminds me of the TV show bewitched :)

I dont like Ashlee sorry, it seems to punky to me and wouldnt really suit a doctor for example

I totally agree! It sounds masculine too, and I just don't like the sound. Punky is a good description!

I chose Daisy from your list as it would be the easiest for a woman to live with I think and is pretty for a little girl

I adore Daisy! And I think Ashlee is an over-used name TBH. (Heck, it's even my middle name!) I grew up with a lot of Ashlee's/Ashley's...

But it's your baby girl! You'll know which is right for her!

I love Daisy....it was at the top of my list. And still is in case I change my mind :) x

I chose Ashlee!

Daisy's nice and would be really cute on a baby or a little girl but I can't seem to imagine a teenage or adult Daisy (I've never met an adult with that name)

Tabitha because its not so common anymore and SO pretty!

I love ashlee whichever way you decide to spell it as there is a good selection for this, Its rarely used in uk imo but i guess it depends where you are.
My niece is " ashley " & i dont know 1 other child yet with that name :)

Must admit i love daisy but as someone else wrote , I also cant imagine it as the child grows up, Only as a yongster if you get me.

Sorry but i really dont like tabitha at all & it reminds me of cats, everyone calls em tabitha lol

I LOVE Tabitha/Tabby. It's been top of my hypothetical list of girls names for ages. Unfortunately my other fave girls name is Kitty so lets hope I never have 2 girls or people will think I'm a crazy cat lady!!!!!! I also love Daisy and think it's a cool name as they get older - look at Daisy Lowe!!!!!!!!!! I'd still go with Tabby though.

Daisy is so sweet! My sister's name is Ashlie and she always had other girls with the same name in her class.

i love ashlee but my son is ashley i chose the name before i found out he was a boy though

I really like Tabitha and think Daisy is just lovely as well! I do think either of them would grow with her, while I really can't see Ashlee for a grown woman. But it's not really my kind of thing anyway, so maybe that influences me...

I like tabitha:)

Not Ashlee as thats OH's name and its spelt the same way lol
