Which day is CD1?

So yesterday I expected AF and around lunch had some brown when I wiped. I then had a bit more so put a tampon in but when I took it out it only had a tiny bit more brown on it.

I went to bed expecting to wake up and have started with red blood but not yet.

I thought with the brown starting yesterday it would be CD1 but do I have to wait to see full on red fresher blood to count it as CD1? X

From what I have read CD 1 is the first day of full flow which would require a tampon or pad not the brown spotting but I could be wrong

Yes hun cd1 is from when you get full flow not the spotting

Thanks girls. Still waiting for AF to show. I am nearing the end of the 5th day off the pill and no period yet which is very strange. I normally start on the 4th day (Thursday) a medium flow and would be heavy today but still morning hmmmmm. Any ideas lol? X
