White bumps on nipps??

Ok so Im soooo clueless right now.
I just came out from a bath, and as I was drying off, I noticed that Ive got these little white bumps inbedded in my nipples. Both sides. I also have got this little skin seed that just popped out of no where. (it wasnt there yesterday)
What are the white bumps?
I did some googling, and I didnt get a solid answer, some said that it was dried milk... Im not sure.

Any knowlege would be great!

well i have them too but i got them after i had my oldest daughter, milk ducts is what they seem to be on me any ways, sometimes they get clogged while nursing and you have to be really careful about that but i am pretty sure that they are okay and perfectly normal as well

Iv had this aswel i think it started very early on in pregnancy, Iv done nothing about it but shown it to my mum and she said i should go 2 the doc but im embarressed, I have no idea what it could be. If u find out could u tell me please X

* Darkening of nipples and areolas (the skin around your nipples), due to hormones that affect pigmentation of the skin
* Darkened veins along your breasts (due to increased blood supply to your breasts)

* Nipples stick out more; the areolas and nipples will grow larger

Here's a bit of TMI from me:
I've had this to some extent even before becoming pg, and all through this pg. As far as I know it's just milk duct discharge in preparation for lactation, and possibly a bit of dry skin. My nipples are pretty revolting looking right now. They are kind of yellowy and softly crusty and have been for a few weeks. However, they clean up fine with a wash. I am not leaking so much yet though when I have a look at them there is clearish fluid beading on my nipples in very small drops. I'm not bothering them though, but I bet I'd milk a bit if I squeezed (Don't recommend, can cause contractions).
However, since mine don't itch or hurt (well, not on the nipple anyhow), I'm not particularly worried.

Could also be skin tags...I have these and thought they were the montgomery's thingies at first, but I've also had them on other areas of my boobs, chest, and even neck!

They usually go black and then fall off, it's pretty gross really but I read they're normal in pregnancy...in a book I'm reading the author mentions getting them under the crease in her boobs.
