i really want my OH in the room with me when i deliver, but he faints at the sight of blood (even from a papercut) so duno how he'd handle labour and birth !!!!
my mum and i aren't close but im hoping we get closer through my pregnancy so she could be there bt as she lives in england and me in scotland that could be difficult.
Deffo want my dad there though, he's been there for everything for me so far so makes sense, we r rly close too and he trained as a nurse so think it wont be that big a shock for him to deal with labour ... might have to ask him though
but he was there for my big sister and her 3 births so don't see why it would be any different.
