Now I can stalk you to keep my mind of symptom spotting myself, lol. Fx'ed for you!! And I totally know what you mean about hating the BFN's more then the wait itself. If I can encourage you to wait until Wednesday I will

Thanks!!! I am thinking of testing Monday at 12DPO, My DH thinks I will test Tuesday or Wednesday and I want to surprise him when I get a BFP... OR I can just test Tuesday and tell him I didn't! IDK... It really depends on my mood Monday morning I think. I get so nervous wen I am about to POAS before AF is due that I usually just avoid it no matter what I said I would do previously HAHA. When is your AF due?
haha Brightly- I will probably start testing 8 dpo. too(although I keep telling myself to wait till 9)..I bought the internet cheapies too...50 of them!!! I'm glad I have you guys to talk to because I'm probably driving my husband and sister crazy...they saying I'm obsessing...and I definitely am!
how can you say that you think you are out already?? you are only 3 dpo! still have a good shot!!
I lost hair, also. It would fall out in chunks/handfuls. I gained about 30lbs. I developed ridiculous cystic acne. I fell into an extremely deep depression. I was constantly angry & unhappy. I *hated* my husband & I didn even want to be around my kids. I started getting almost fibromyalgia symptoms. My joints & muscles were in excruciating pain. Sometimes, when I got up in the morning, I wouldn't be able to walk because it hurt so bad. I got migraines all the time. I didn't have a period at all while I had it in. I really felt like I was losing my mind & losing my grip on reality. It got so scary. After I had it removed, it all stopped. Well, or so I thought. I still have issues with my joints & muscles, but its not AS bad. I haven't been able to lose even a pound of the weight I gained no matter how hard I try. I have every symptom associated with hypothyroidism now, so I'm being tested for that next month. My cycles have become super long & sometimes anovulatory or my luteal phases are only 5-6 days long. Before Mirena, I never had any of these problems. & I *know* it was the cause. I wish I would have researched it more before just shrugging & agreeing to get it. I'm paying for it now.*
How does Mirena work to prevent pregnancy?
Mirena releases small amounts of the hormone levonorgestrel directly into your uterus. There is no single explanation for how Mirena works. Mirena may:
Thicken cervical mucus to prevent sperm from entering your uterus
Inhibit sperm from reaching or fertilizing your egg
Make the lining of your uterus thin
Mirena may stop the release of your egg from your ovary, but this is not the way it works in most cases. Most likely the above actions work together to prevent pregnancy. Like other forms of birth control, Mirena is not 100% effective.
