Who else spot's before AF arrives?

So I'm 35 TTC and went off BCP last year August 2009. Since going off BC, every month when my AF comes I start spotting two days before the full AF.

For example, I was due for AF on Thursday this week. Monday I had very small spotting, then today almost seemed like my AF was here but not a full flow, and tomorrow it will be full on AF. Which means I will also be one day early this month, but that seems to fluctuate a day or two every month as well.

This happens every month, is the spotting for two days before AF normal?

It happens to me sometimes. I think it's normal.

Yes, it has always happened to me since adolescence, I am pretty sure its normal too X
