who have you told??

my husband obviously, dr, and manager at work are the only people i will tell, oh and bnb. i had a mc in jan and told everyone i was preg, it was the hardest thing to tell people when i lost baby, so it will just be people who need to know.

When we had our early mc it was heartbreaking because we hadn't had chance to tell anyone yet (we'd only known a very short time) so the 1st our closest friends/family knew of the pregnancy was me and my OH having to tell them i had miscarried (we couldn't NOT tell them as we would be seeing them and it didn't feel right for them not to know what was going on)

I was determined that this time we would enjoy that over-the-moon-- ecstatic-wanting-to-tell-everyone thing!!!! No matter what the outcome i wanted close people to know. So OH told his Mum and Dad first, then i told my Mum. Then he told his best friend and Uncle who he is close with, and then i told my best friend as soon as she was back from holiday. I've also had to share the news with a couple of people in work due to circumstances needing it and we told a mutual friend last night as he was visiting.

I want to tell my Grandma who i am very close to and my Dad too but something is stopping me, and i am considering holding off until after our early scan...unless i have a burning desire to call them before then (they don't live nearby)

If all is well at our early scan we'll tell more people, and then after 12 weeks and our second scan we'll hopefully feel confident making our announcement to the whole world!!!!!

I didn't expect to tell as many people as I have, but I needed the support when i found out so my family know and a few of my close friends. I told my manager as well as I had a bit of a scare early on.

It's getting difficult not to tell other people now as I'm so close to my 12 week scan and saw the midwife today, but I'm desperately trying to keep my mouth shut!

With this one only my Oh and my 2 kids, my parents, and siblings know... Also my BFF and a childhood friend that I talk to on myspace and my sister in law (OH little sis)...didn't mean to tell her but she asked me if I was because I didn't want to eat chocolate....I loved choco b4 I was preggie and shed always bring me some...plus everytime she'd see me I was "sick" lol so I was like yes but dont tell anyone...

I have to hide my pregnancy until my OH's parents are finished with their divorce...My OH doesn't speak to his mom (Shes a mean person) and we do not want to add wood to the fire if you know what I mean...plus OH doesn't want to go to Court because we know shell take us to court so she can stay with the baby sometimes
we do not want that since even thought she is an ok grandmother she is a bad person...she'd tell my then 2 year old daughter to lie to me and stuff...and once she wanted to hit my OH with a hammer in front of my daughter plus she abused my Oh and hiis siblings when they were children so who is to say that she won't abuse her grandkids.

Thank god we are moving away from his family soon...we live in the family's house basement.

I am only 6 weeks, i told my OH straight away, i also told my gran and a close friend. I really want to tell everyone but we are going to keep it quiet until 12 weeks!
