Who waas it who sent their eldest daughter to live with grandparents?

I just remembered this thread, one lady was having severe issues with her daughter and she had sent her up to her grandparents,
I waas wondering how they had got on and if she had altered herr behaviour, but I can't find the thread or remember who it was!
