Whos still exercising?

question in the title really? :D

im still doing lots of walking, low impact aerobics and toning and i feel alot better for it! apparently people who ar pregnant that exercise are more likely to have LOs with better hearts, well thats what i've been reading :)

soo whos exercising? x
 
i started yoga and i walke alot, & run across the road if that counts lol
 
I am a huuuuge exercise freak and used to work out for like 3 hours a day at the Gym, and dance everyday. I stopped the gym at about 15 weeks and dancing about 22 weeks. Now i'm down to Yoga and Pilates classes :thumbup: x
 
I've always been a runner. I ran track in high school, and for fun, I run half-marathons. Now that I'm getting bigger, I'm not running, but I am doing yoga.
 
I barely exercised anyway :haha:
I am making an effort to get out of the house and walk everywhere I go. As I don't work so I try and make it in town & around to see my mum & sister at least once a week.
I'm pretty sure I have SPD though so I pay for it afterwards sometimes :(
I am looking into yoga though.
 
Unless running up stairs and cleaning count! I'd love to go for walks but i can't due to stupid ex and his mates threatening to kill me :S
 
Er cleaning or walking to the shops is about the extent of my exercise... but to be fair the cleaning feels like a bloody workout when I'm doing the whole place :) xx
