Why am I scared to tell OH?

Well, I got my BFP yesterday and for some reason I am terrrified to tell my OH.. I don't know why, we were TTC and I'm sure he'll be happy, but for some reason I can't bring myself to do it. idk how to say it, I'm scared I'm not going to get the reaction I want.. or I'm going to have a chemical after telliing him or something

Aw, hunny, as you yourself stated, there's no reason he won't be happy...and you are NOT going to cause anything bad to happen.

We women tend to picture the worst case scenario, and then are surprised when things go much better than anticipated. Probably moreso when our hormones are doing wacky things! LOL

Aww hun, Im sure he will be thrilled, could you maybe write him a card and put the test in it?
If I ever get my bfp Im going to buy a bib with daddy on and leave it out for him with the test.

Aww huni congratulations, I hope you have told him by now but leaving a gift would be a good way to do it.
If something was to go wrong he'd wonder what was wrong with you. You should be sharing the joy and and troubles that their might be, but I'm sure it will be fine.

If he's been up for the TTC just as much as you have then i'm sure he's going to be over the moon!!

You've probably already told him by now (hopefully ) and had the reaction you wanted!

i told him.

he was still aying in bed and i pretended to be upset and said "ive got some bad news" and he said oh no, what and i threw the test on the bed and stood there. he stared at it for a second and then jumped right out of bed. he was very excited & my trick got him hehe

he wanted to drive out to his parents and tell everyone right away.. had to convince him to wait until i go to the doctors, don't want to make announcements too soon incase something goes wrong

i thought it was cool though, FF says i'm due december 25 & about 6 months ago my friend (she's preggo)went to the psychic and they told her someone close to her was going to get preggo with the opposit of her and it was going to have great significance later on in life - and they psychic said that something very exciting was going to happen on christmas day. i wonder if she was talking about me
