Hello ladies, this is my 1st time putting a thread up in ltttc. I have been ttc for about 2½ years. I have pcos, hypothyroidism, higher testosterone levels, the lists goes on and on.
I have had chemicals (some thought to be chems, never confirmed by docs but suffered so bad I acknowledge those times as such) and one confirmed early MC last June after our 3rd round of clomid. I am almost positive I have not o'd since. I had 2 120 day cycles and then last cycle (after having gotten pretty overweight again) broke down and started working out. Within a week (about cd 45) I started af on my own!!! I did not o tho. I've lost about 16 lbs in the last month and started taking vitex a week ago hoping to kickstart SOMETHING but no, just some spotting. I just got Maca in the mail last night so I'll see if that helps at all. Sorry for the long story but i was so sure that starting to get active and taking some supplements would finally let me o on my own. Has any ladies have success with natural ways to o???? I would love to hear some positive stories!!!

PS I also take meds for thyroid metformin 1000mg and b6 and prenatal vit

Hi

Have you had your thryoid tsh checked recently? Fertility Specialists advise that it needs to be between 1-2 to conceive

I found out i had hypothyroidism after my 3rd mmc last october and it still isn't stabilised yet so that i can ttc again

Under strict instructions not to try until it is under 2. Doctors class normal range up to 5 but with my experience the docs don't really know what they are talking about when it comes to ttc with hypothyroidism

Do you see an endocrinologist? I have gone privately to see one and feel like he is my knight in shining armour as i was getting nowhere quickly with the nhs

xx
