Why can't I post or reply to threads ?

I have been trying to post and reply on threads since yesterday morning, but moderator says it needs to be authorized. How long will it take ? And is this the normal procedure ? not really convenient I must say...

Me too! What is this about? Some threads are fine, others tell me I have to wait 20 seconds between posts (even on first post of the day), others say mods must authorise.

Frustrating!

Sometimes new members posts need to be moderated, as do some with links (in tokyo's case).
