Why is background white??

Normally before i sign on the background to this site is white, once i have logged on the background becomes purple and easy to read. Ive cleared my cache, ive re-booted the computer several times and this is still happening. What can I do? Or has the background been permanently changed to white?

One of the templates has been removed due to technical issues.

If you go to Edit Options and scroll to the bottom you will find any forum templates available in the drop down menu.
