will CBFM detect really early ovulation?

I have a CBFM that a friend lent me and I want to use it this cycle. I am currently CD2. The thing is that I saw my fertility doctor today and she said that I did ovulate for this cycle BUT I have two follicles that look like they will be ready for ovulation in the next week. That means I may ovulate around CD4-7. So early! I have wonky cycles so not totally shocking Will the monitor even think that ovulation is a possibility so early in the cycle? Is my body just to wack-a-doo to use a monitor? Help please
