Wind

me & the hubby found it really hard to get Lucas's wind up so midwife told us to bicycle his legs, massages his tummy in a clockwise direction, put him over the shoulder or lye him down on ur knees and pat his back gently. She also told us if sitting him upright to put ur thumb under one armpit & finger beside ur pinky under the other armpit... this helped keep him straighter and brought the wind up.
Also used infacol and gripe water ccassionaly but don't like using them too much.
