My son is 5 months and over the weekend I decided to blitz up banana for him to try .... I decided he was ready after multiple attempts from him to guide any food in my hand to his mouth! This afternoon is was a pork pie lol
Anyway I didn't expect much success after our now 2 year old hardly ate any solids until she was nearly 1... But he loves it.. Hardly any comes out his mouth and he cries when it's all gone bless him. So far he has had banana, cauliflower and carrot. Made some blueberry yog for him to try later too.
Anyone's Los like their good so much this early?

I started weaning my lg at 15weeks- was judged a lot but it worked for us! She is now 19weeks and has 3 meals a day- all pureed fruit and veg (and some ellas kitchen pouches) and she loves her food! She still takes almosy all her milk too- the little chunk haha! She was straight onto the food too, never interested in baby rice lol. I think if they are taking it well then thats fab! Also, if they don't take it no need to worry- every baby is different :) my lg is a bit behind with hand eye coordination so only occasionally tries to put things in her mouth- so waiting for this to happen haha! Xx

My son was 4 weeks early so I am extra surprised at how he eats! He even gets milk out of one of those bottles with a soft spout that they bite down on to open valve ... Although there is a lot of mess lol. He is breast fed but he won't take a bottle so trying alternatives don't wanna be breastfeeding till 8 months like I was with my first lol

my daughter is 4 and a half months old and this past week she has had bananas and avocado. she loves it :) will have to try the cauliflower, we eat a lot of that in our house.
