AF is 4 days late and its freaking me out!
My periods have always been fairly regular and I don't think i've ever missed one in my life....until now. I know i'm not pregnant, my OH and I are very careful.
I have been stressed this week but now i'm worrying in case its something like PCOS or something.
Any advice? If you have PCOS, were you regular and then stop or what? Do you still get period symptoms? I've had all of my usual ones except no period.
