Worried about mw's comment regarding too much movement

OMG! I cant believe a MW would say something so stupid!

how irresponsible of her to say that!! I get loads of movement too (as im sure most people do) im really angry for you hun

I lost my last baby & didnt get excessive movement or anything so I would've went mad at her if she'd said that to me xx

Hi there!

Well I saw your thread on here yesterday, and I just had my midwife appointment and asked her about this. There are times when my baby seems to move alot (ALOT!- constarnt wriggling, full body flips, kicks, wriggles etc), for an hour or so at night and sometimes for short bursts throughout the day. So I asked my midwife who said its nothing to worry about and that movement is a good thing. It should only be a concern if the baby is moving constantly and frantically all day, every day! She was kicking alot when my midwife measured my fundal height, and she remarked that the baby was very active and healthy! So am sure it's absolutly nothing to get worried about! x
