I spoke to my Mortgage provider and i didnt realise i was entitled to a 6 month payment holiday, once i provide my MATB1 form.
Basically, you freeze mortgage payments for your chosen 6 months, and the interest that accrues is spread evenly across the remaining term time....

Excellent for helping with money worries over xmas/NY .. MAT pay etc

Read the small print though as some companies still put it down as a default in your files even though it has been agreed.

I spoke to Northern rock and i will not be penalised in anyway..........
