worried/ anyone else getting cramps n heavy feeling

Hi ladies,

I am getting some real cramping pains and a heavy feelings down below..
can feel baby moving about the pains are not constant but coming and going throughout the day and night.
and just wondering if this a normal feeling of pain at this stage of pregnancy and age.
cant remember feeling this type of pain before 3rd timester

I have had some cramping, and some spotting, early on though, both seem to have cleared and baby is fine. Ultrasound showed no cause for concern and doc said sometimes this just happens, could be things moving around, just hard to say.
That "heavy" feeling though...I have had that! I have asked my doc about it because I don't remember it with my son (though to be fair, that pregnancy was 10 years ago) I told her I just feel heavy down there, its the only way I can describe it. Not all the time, seems to come and go. She said it is totally normal!
