Ive just made those chicken chargrill things and even though it was in for half hour it wasn't fully cooked I only had a bite before I realised and put it back in the oven. What are the chances??
I'm sure you're fine. Remember, it's not raw chicken that's dangerous, it's raw chicken WITH BACTERIA in it. You cook it to kill off anything that may be in there but it's more likely there's nothing there to kill anyway
