Thank you all, I'm still cautious, I'm guessing it's a good sign that the sac is the right size for week 5, does that mean since the first bleed it's carried on growing? And is the yolk sac there from the start or has that just grown in the last week too? X

Is it taken as a good sign that a egg yolk was seen inside the gestational sac then? I am glad it's not ectopic with some of the pains I've had, but I'm still terrified I'm going to miscarry due to the bleeding I had at 4 & 5 weeks, I know it's said to be normal in lots of women but I've never had any bleeding with my other 3 children, so it does worry me.
