Worried

Me and OH were quite "vigorously" for like an hour and a half, stopped about quarter of an hour ago and I've been having really bad pains ever since! I'm used to getting Braxton Hicks afterwards, but these feel like a cross between period pains and like I need a really big poo (Which I don't )
They keep coming and going and my bump keeps getting tight with them, I'm really worried they could be contractions or something? I'm not even quite 26 weeks yet, so I'm really concerned! Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

I think it's normal. Apparently having sex, particularly orgasms cause you to contract. Something to do with some type of hormone released when we orgasm. I get this too and it passes eventually. Although it's really uncomfortable. Sorry I don't have a proper explanation, I'll just confuse us both if I try to elaborate... But yeah it's normal xx

i know how that is. last time i had sex (seems like ages ago) i had the same thing happen to me, and it lasted a couple hours and was gone at night. its normal
