Worrying about tax credits

I am worrying so much, I think oh has earned too much in the last year, I know people say they will reduce next years but last June/July I rang them and gave them the estimate of what hubby would be earning for the year 2008/2009 and now that he has recieved his P60 it is quite alot more but cant work out why, is it possible that the P60 can be wrong?? Im getting myself in abit of a tizz and feel like crying, I hate money matters, my hubby works so hard, done want him to worry hes not doing a good enough job, I feel in abit of a rut at the mo, please someone can u offer some advice

Same has happened to me hun, They based my credits on a lot lower than my p60. I earned over £2500 more than they based my tax credits on and I have no idea how its happened. It must be their fault though because I know well in advance what I get paid every year, so can give an exact amount before I get a p60!?!? I sent my renewal form back and am waiting to hear from them. Hope its good news for the both of us! x
