Hello!!
Sooooo. .had a lovely relaxing Sunday with my little family..been out in the garden playing and generally just having fun, even got to have a little nap.
Completely out of the blue I've got the worst headache ever..I've drunk a pint of water and a coffee half hour after incase it's the lack of caffeine and it's just not budging

Anyone have random headaches or got any advice?? Xoxo
