Would the initials bother you?

Personally I wouldn't use OMG. I don't think the omg meaning will disappear anytime soon, text communication makes me think it will continue. I've worked in a few places were initials including middle initials are used. Partly due to more than one person having the same first / last initial.
And i wouldn't count on her changing her name on marriage. I think in 30 years time that will be classed as old fashioned.

I cant say ANY of my kids ever use all initial s? I worked in a school and they were never ever used.

Nope! Who ever uses all three initials? Haha. My son's legal initials are JLS, you know, the terrible ex-boyband!? However I can't think of a time that I'd ever of written all three initials down.
