Wrong vaccines!

My pediatrician office called. They said hey gave my one month old twins hep a shot instead of hep b. We are livid here. No adverse reactions but who knows down the road? What to do? Anyone had similar thing happen to them??

No similar situation, but I would be switching doctors for them I know mistakes happen but that was careless.

Happened to me once , the nurse just walked out of the room after giving my son a injection. 5 mins later another nurse comes back to let me know about the mistake and that the other nurse was so upset she was crying in the next door room.
I didn't complain but took it as a horrible mistake.
