WTT fertility after nexplanon removal

Hi all, Me and my Othe HAlf are WTT, planning to try in the new year.
Just in need of some advice, I'm currently on Nexplanon implant and have been advised by the doc to remove it and change to the patch as the side affects are getting too much.
Had this for 2 and 1/2 years.

How long did it take to conceive after either of these methods? would love a rough timescale so I know not to panic
