These are the bars that you eat 30 mins before your two main meals and drink 8oz of water and then eat less at your meals. They also have 3different FullBites flavors which are more like chips and then two chocolate bars flavors for inbetween meals, both the chocolate bars and chips are supposed to keep you feeling full and help you eat less at meals without feeling like you arent full and to help stay feeling full between meals without eating salty sweet snacks all day. Has anyone on here tried them for a longer period of time, like for atleast a week or more and what was your experience?
*I just ate a cocoa fullbar and have to admit, it was quite yummy, so I know I could stomach actually eating it unlike some of those meal bars out there*
