The new format this year has ruined it for me. The singing to music thing makes it so karaoke like. I thought singing solo and without music was a great way to separate those who genuinely had talent from those that didn't.

That said, I'm still hooked. It's one of my guilty pleasures throughout the year (along with Dancing on Ice, I'm A Celebrity and Strictly...
