Its just turned into a massive behind-the-scenes fix. The producers know it has gone a bit sh*t this year and they need to keep in the one thing making it entertaining.

makes me laugh! simon has moaned about jedward from day one yet the first opportunity he has to finally do something about it he chickens out and sends it to deadlock...again. He is a very clever man who knows that the longer they stay in the better for the show as they cause more and more controversy as the better acts go. Simon clearly has an agenda though, and that's viewing numbers and votes... I don't think he's been tactical. But, Jedward have generated so much publicity for X factor... I mean, Gordon Brown has been commenting on them, they're on the news and are name dropped in several adverts. More people than ever are watching and voting and that's more money to Simon.
