Hi hun. Sperm donor (he doesn't deserve title FOB) was emotionally and physically abusive to me. Final straw was when he slammed me into a wall in front of his other child who is 3 back in January. I left him and moved back in with my parents. He has made no effort to come see James and so I have cut contact with him. He is verbally aggressive when he phones me (usually when he wants something) and so I am very tempted currently to take out a non-molestation order against him. So yeah I guess I'm also in the same situation

my ex only ever abused me once (i sound like it doesnt matter cause it was only once) but it was when i was pregnant, grabbed me by the throat.
he mostly tortured me mentally and was still doing it up until a few weeks ago when i realised what was going on and finally took action.
i cant believe he slammed you against a wall, some men dont deserve to still be here. does he still phone you? i dont know what action i can take against fob, the lawyer doesnt seem to be keen on taking things further just now but she obviously doesnt realised how terrified i am!

He hasn't phoned me since he phoned last week to call me a little f***ing b***h for getting the CSA onto him. SD put me in a headlock when I was 24 weeks pregnant so I know how scary it is.

I wonder why the lawyer doesn't want to take further action? Can I ask what hes been up to recently? You don't have to answer if you dont want to
