Yeast rash on face?

My son has a yeast rash on his bottom and around the same time I got a rash that looks and feels the same on my cheeks. Is it possible for me to get his yeast rash on my face or is it something else?

Entirely possible. If the skin us broken then the yeast can infect it. Charlie had it on his feet, legs and chest.
