Yellow CM

I've gotten yellow CM right before AF sometimes.
The pain you describe in your lower area- I sometimes get that, not sure if it's the same, but it's soooooo hard to describe that I'm not sure if I can. It's not really a pressure pain, it's more like a spasm pain that comes and goes.

I just got over a cold and I noticed yellow cm too. I don't usually see that so it through me off. It could be related to a cold/infection? I just got over af so I'm sure it can't be a pg sign for me.
