I hope this is ok to post... Admin please feel free to delete if not.....
With all the constant posts about weight gain in pregnancy it got me doubting my own and worrying about maybe I was eating too much and gaining too much weight.... So after nearly killing myself doing ten whole minutes (hardcore!) on my dusty cross trainer I decided to do a bit of googling about normal weight gain ranges and have come across this little gem...
You enter your pre-preggers weight and height and it will give you normal ranges of weight gain for each week for your own stats... Certainly reassured me.... I can gain a guilt free 2lbs a week!
