Great tool. I am always so worried about weight gain during pregnancy since I gained 80 and 50 in my last two pregnancies. I would love to keep it to 30 lbs this time but while pregnant my body just isn't the same I don't know where the weight comes from I can gain 2-3 lbs over night! and it sticks, not like fluctuation.

It made me overweight too! I have gained 20 lbs but it isn't showing anywhere but my belly. I have eaten like normal and not changed anything. My avatar is from 19 weeks but I look about the same now. I started around 125 and am now 145, but the calculator says I should only be 137! I say if you feel healthy, and are living decently healthy, the number doesn't matter so much. :flower: I have been feeling like I need to slow down my weight gain but I eat healthy and don't think I could change much no matter how I try.

This is the one I use. I was starting to become paranoid around 16 weeks because I kept seeing posts about no weight gain or weight loss. I didn't change my eating or exercise and the weight kept coming on...

This one makes me feel SO much better! Thanks! :hugs:

Great Thread thank you...feeling much better about my weight gain now

Well it tells me I was 13lb over weight to start off with. I was only 4lb over weight with a BMI of 25.5.

I can understand how looking at this upsets people, I wish I hadn't looked at it now :(

I'm not going to look at those! I eat well and exercise regularly and even though i put on a lot of weight. It is just how it is and this is seriously the only time inn life that shouldn't be a weight loss contest. It pisses me off (sorry) that so many women are insecure over here. You. Enreally shouldn't be. That said, i also do not endorse eating junk food, of course.

Insecure is something that I am not. BUT many women on here are pregnant for the first time and aren't used to having sore boobs, cellulite, ligament pains, weight gain, etc., etc. This is new and foreign to me (and others), and I worry that every move I make is going to somehow effect the babies health. So pardon me if I get a little worried that perhaps I've gained too much weight. It's not because of being insecure...it's because I want to be healthy and "on the right track" for my future child!! Geez you are very rude.
