Yogurts - Whats the difference??

Can anyone tell me what the difference is, if there is one, between natural yogurt and greek yogurt??

I can't find full fat natural yogurt so wondered if I could use greek yogurt instead, Sainsbury's greek yogurt says it's made with cows milk, would this be ok??

Greek yogurt is just regular yogurt that has been strained through a cheese cloth (or something similar) to remove more of the whey and make the yogurt creamier. But other than that there's nothing different about the yogurts, so I think it would be fine!
