your experience of the few days before BFP

Hey ladies

i just thought it would be interesting for everyone to post their experiences of the few days before you got your BFP's

-what symptoms you had, if any
-if you just had 'that' feeling
-implantation info, if any
- how many times you tested
-what CD you got your BFP

i am hoping to join you here from TWW forum im due AF on tuesday but im having tons of symptoms including slight nausea, headaches, spotting and cramps so i have my fingers crossed!

Felt just exactly like my period was due! bloated, loads of CM tho (sorry - TMI) no implantation bleeding at all. Was even wearing a towel "just in case". Tested 3 days after AF was due, got positive on First response. (had tested with tesco cheapies on due AF was due and on the wed too - with VERY faint lines but couldnt believe it so didnt tell husband )
used 10 tests in the end (husband knows about 3 - sometimes they just dont get it )

I thought AF was arriving too..had light cramps and was just waiting for her to arrive. No symptoms at all. Tested at 16dpo. I did however have very very light pink CM on 8dpo (must have been implantation bleeding)

I had no symptoms, which was my clue that I might be pregnant.

Same here, just felt like AF was due - I seemed to have every symptom under the sun the month before - emotional, very sore (.)(.), bloated, headaches, bleeding gums, metallic taste and wasn't pregnant!

The only thing I noticed different when I got my BFP (sorry bit gross) was excess saliva - at around 7DPO I woke up having drooled all over the pillow! For the next few days I noticed I had to keep swallowing and had a horrid taste in my mouth. Also not sure if it's related but a couple of times when exercising I got bad stitches which I don't normally get.

I got my BFP 3 days before AF was due on a sainsburys test (and confirmed 2 hours later with a CB digi).

I had no symptoms until I missed my period

I had cramps from 5DPO - 7DPO which waas odd, I didn't have that a month before. They then started up again at 10DPO (I'm not 15DPO) and they haven't stopped since, they are getting more on and off now but they feel just like AF cramps.

I'm also quite gassy, especially in the morning. For the past few days my moods have been all over the place, I am be happy one minute, and losing patience and a complete bitch the next when normally I am really laid back. OH particularly noticed that. I also started checking my CP and it was high and soft and my CM was thick and white.

I had my first hint of a slight BFP at 11DPO and the line kept getting darker from then on.

AF symptoms basically. But I had cramps and my boobs were hurting long before they usually do when AF is coming.

There were no symptoms at all. I still don't really feel pregnant most of the time.

The only real symptoms I had were a bit odd;

Motion sickness, which I've never had in my life previously.

Itchy, rather than sore, er... nippular regions.

VERY hormonal about a week before testing - cried about three times. That doesn't sound like much, but that does only take my total for 2010 up to 5...

Had a light bleed about 2 weeks after my period - just a pinkish smear thing.

Only symptoms then was chest pains. All my normal AF symptoms were there too, got my BFP on 8DPO, a week and two days before AF due. xx

I had one time spotting when wiping three days before my period was supposed to start, which I wasn't surprised at becuase I always spot for 2-3 days straight before my period. But then it was just once, so I thought something might be up....
also by breast tenderness that didn't let up.
And cramping that made me think AF arriving any moment now.
I then tested on the day AF was due and go BFP.

I was ill!!!!! I became full of cold/flu like symptoms and I just knew but didnt want to get my hopes up so kep telling myself I was wrong. I has the metallic taste in my mouth too, had the usual AF symptoms too which confused me...lol

I got my first BFP on 13 DPO but it was really faint and then i tested prob everyday after and it got stronger and stronger...then i did a digi..etc etc in the end I had to stop buying them cos it was costing a fortune lol xx

No symptoms is the best symptom!
I actually thought I was coming on I'd done a test 11dpo and it was bfn (ic) then the night before I was due on I had a dream I got a bfp so I tested on a superdrug test and got bfp... couldn't believe it. xx

hi, my symptoms were nausea boobs massive and tender and the main one excessive tiredness going to bed at 8pm ! after work and sleeping through except for to get up for wee s !! also felt faint on the monday before work but did not think too much bout it. tested on CD 31 only as fertility nurse said I should my cycles can sometimes be 41 but this cycle took clomid. Tested with a cB as this was the onl one in shop !!!! but checked the next day with CB didi and an answer all were BFP hooray xxx

I had a few days of nausea and period like pains (usually only get period pains the day before AF at the earliest) with increased CM as I got closer to AF due date. I was also emotional though it was the end of our honeymoon so might have just been upset to be going home! (I do remember saying to hubby "I don't know why I'm crying" though!)
My cycles had been between 26-28 days so tested 1-3 days before AF due (the day we got home!) with a First Response - got an immediate DARK line. Tested the following day with a CB digi (got 2-3 wks) and a cheapo.
I have no idea what day I ovulated as was 1st month trying and didn't want to spend the honeymoon obsessing! I just looked up my likely fertile time online based on my cycle dates/length and was chuffed to see the prime time started on our wedding night and went into the 1st few nights of our honeymoon!

i have been suffering with migraines this whole cycle really bad and have been in bed most of it soon as OH has come in from work etc, i have been absolutely starving few days before bfp and i had heartburn one evening but didnt think of it as a symptom at the time
i tested on cycle day 28 which was probably 10-11 dpo for me with an IC got the faintest evap line ever so thought i would do frer but didnt have any so i stupidly did a digi but it came up pregnant 1-2 i did a FRER same day and tesco test and it was a clear BFP only today at 16 dpo i get a bfp on ic
