I also can put my feet behind my head. My MIL thinks I'm a freak because I can move my toes separate of one another, use them to pick up dropped pens etc

errr I can wiggle my ears and im double jointed and can do some freaky things with my fingers and thumbs, I can pop out nearly every joint (not nice when it happens accidently though)

I thought everyone could touch their toes while standing i can get my hands flat on the floor when standing without bent knees i didn't realise it was unusual
