youtube videos buffer, impossible to watch?

Hi

Every video I watch buffers after a few seconds. I used to be able to pause and then then little grey line would move along and I could catch up when that was complete but now that doesn't even work It is so annoying and I don't know how to fix it, if anyone has any ideas it would be much appreciated

Also just to add, it's not just youtube it is any video after a few seconds it pauses, restarts after 20 seconds or so then a few seconds later it's pausing again!

Are you on phone or computer?? Ours is awful if it's the weekend and everyone is on the Internet!
