Mexican food! Spicy chicken in tortillas!

Mmmm, quesadillas. They are all different depending on who makes them. A basic one has cheese in between two flour tortillas, grilled or fried until the cheese is melted. I like to make them fancy by adding green chile and meat, then dip them in sour cream and salsa... *Drool*
