I'm not a big oatmeal fan, but am doing what I can to boost my supply. A friend shared this on facebook recently and I thought it might be something I could actually stomach. Tried it out last night and the result was delicious! Really easy to make, and fast - just a few minutes at the end of the night and you can have breakfasts (or desserts!) made for the next few days. I did strawberries and almond slivers, blueberries for hubby, peaches for stepdaughter. Want to try cacao nibs with banana. Yum yum!
