Zinc Tablets and Fertility?

So, I've been reading up a bit on Zinc... heard alot about it helping guys with low sperm counts, (my partner hasnt had a SA so we dont know if its low or not) ... but I'm just wondering if its any good for women to take?

hi i take pregnacare tablets and there is zinc in them so it must be gud. my hubby takes it too but he just takes zinc on its own.

Ah ok, I was taking pregnacare last cycle, but ran out lol. So i'm going to buy them again this month. Not sure they flamin work though.. but we'll see eh!

My fertility specialist put both me and DH on zinc.

Here is everything my fertility specialist put us both on daily.

for me - 20mg zinc, 5mg folic acid, 1 berocca tablet, 1 fish oil tablet

for DH - 40mg zinc, 5mc folic acid, 20ml aloe vera juice, 10 pumpkin seeds, 1 tablespoon Goji Berries
