What's the difference? My Dr gave me scripts for both, but as the zofron constipates you, I've strictly been taking the Diclegis that makes you sleepy. I've seen more people on here have zofron...so is it safer than the Diclegis?

Zofran is a chemotherapy level anti-emetic. It stops vomiting, but not nausea. It is very effective but it will indeed constipate you.

Diclegis is vitamin B6 combined with the active ingredient in unisom. It does help a little with the nausea. The tiredness wears off in about 3-5 days if you take it consistently.

I use them in conjunction. It does help. Just be consistent in taking the diclegis.

I also have both, but have just stuck with the Zofran because it works and I don't want to be tired all day.

It definitely constipates you, but I make sure to eat a few prunes a day and a bit of caffeine. It does the trick for me!
